where you actually meet OPR

OPR is computed from match scores alone, so it needs no scouts — which is both its strength and its weakness. It is a fast first pass at ranking an event you have not watched, but it credits a team for their partners' scoring and gives a good defender almost nothing. Use it to sort your scouting priorities, never as the picklist itself.
